TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or using the software platform located at https://feedboss.ai (the “Site”) and the tools, services, and dashboards provided therein (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”).
This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “You”) and Feedboss.ai (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Services.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & LINKEDIN DISCLAIMER
2.1 The Solution. Feedboss.ai provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution designed to assist users in managing content, scheduling posts, and analyzing growth metrics on professional networking platforms, specifically LinkedIn.
2.2 Platform Independence. Feedboss.ai is an independent entity and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The name “LinkedIn” as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
2.3 Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that the use of third-party automation or scheduling tools may carry inherent risks regarding your LinkedIn account status. You agree that you use Feedboss.ai at your own risk. We are not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by LinkedIn resulting from your use of our Services.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
3.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@feedboss.ai if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Ownership. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account access at any time if we suspect a violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or unauthorized access.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND CANCELLATION
4.1 Trial Period. We may offer a limited-time free trial (“Trial Period”). If you do not cancel before the Trial Period expires, you will automatically be enrolled in the paid subscription plan selected during registration.
4.2 Subscription Fees. Access to premium features requires a recurring subscription (Monthly or Annual). Fees are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.
4.3 Automatic Renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your account dashboard.
4.4 Refunds. Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or for periods where the license was not used.
4.5 Price Changes. We reserve the right to modify our pricing tiers. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the source code of the Platform.
- Unauthorized Access: Accessing the Service by any means other than through the interfaces provided by Feedboss.ai.
- Harmful Activity: Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
- Spamming: Using the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or engage in harassment.
- Reselling: Reproducing, duplicating, selling, or reselling any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 Our IP. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, and software are the property of Feedboss.ai and are protected by copyright, patent, and trademark laws.
6.2 Your Content. You retain all rights to the text, images, and data (“User Content”) you post or schedule via Feedboss.ai. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. DATA PRIVACY & ANALYTICS
7.1 Data Usage. Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
7.2 Service Improvement. We may collect anonymized, aggregated data regarding usage patterns to improve the functionality of our AI algorithms and platform performance.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. FEEDBOSS.AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDBOSS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Feedboss.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
12.1 Modifications. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
12.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
12.3 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Feedboss.ai regarding the use of the Services.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
