LinkedIn Infographic Generator

Turn text into professional infographics for LinkedIn using AI. Generate from the Image Studio, then edit the result with targeted AI actions.

Infographics are a powerful way to present data and concepts visually. FeedBoss generates them from a prompt in the Image Studio, and you refine the result with AI rather than by laying elements out yourself.

An infographic is a single generated image tuned for distilling key takeaways, set portrait by default. Everything the Studio can do to an image, it can do to an infographic.

Creating an infographic

Method 1: From the Image Studio

  1. Open the Studio from the workspace sidebar.
  2. Switch the format chip to Infographic. The aspect ratio defaults to portrait; change it from the chip if you need something else.
  3. Describe what you want (e.g. “A timeline of AI development from 2020 to 2025”). Click Refine to expand a rough brief into a polished prompt.
  4. Pick a style, either a curated style preset or style references you upload. Subject and logo references are also supported, and logo references are particularly useful here: drop in your brand mark and the AI places it in the result.
  5. Generate. The result opens on a Result Card with its quick actions, and is saved to Recents.

Method 2: From an infographic template

Open the Templates section in the Studio with the format chip set to Infographic, then Use Template. Infographic templates are curated style systems (Swiss flat, vibrant dataviz, mono minimal, sketch notebook, editorial magazine, isometric 3D, dark dataviz, blueprint schematic, risograph poster, 3D clay, retro newspaper), so the template controls the look and you supply the content.

Method 3: From the post composer

Open a post, click Spice Up Your Post, and choose Quick generate with the format set to Infographic. When it finishes, Add to Post attaches it to the post you already have open.

NOTE

Generation may take a few moments.

Editing an infographic

Open it from Recents and use the edit panel. The same nine AI edit actions available for any Studio image apply:

  • Add an element, Remove an element, Replace an element, targeted changes to one part of the image.
  • Change background, Change lighting / weather, Apply a style, changes to the whole image.
  • Edit text in image, Translate text, change rendered text without regenerating. This is the one to reach for when a label or a figure is wrong: it rewrites the text in place instead of rolling the dice on a whole new layout.
  • Freeform edit, anything else, described in plain language.

Brush masking. Add, Remove, Replace and Freeform accept a brush mask so you can paint the exact region to change. The brush needs a workspace on the OpenAI image provider; the Gemini image API takes no mask, so the brush is hidden there.

One-click element removal. Choose Remove an element and FeedBoss analyzes the image (roughly 15 to 30 seconds), then marks what it found. Click the items you want gone and press Remove (N).

Before and after. Every edit produces a slider so you can drag to compare against the original, then Keep it or Edit again.

See the Image Studio docs for the full action reference.

Managing generated infographics

Infographics appear in the Studio’s Recents section.

  • View: click a card to open it larger.
  • Edit: open it from Recents to get the edit panel and the actions above.
  • Download: save the image file.
  • Add to post: attach it to a draft or scheduled post.

NOTE

There is no PDF or PowerPoint export for infographics, because an infographic is a single image rather than a set of slides. If you need a multi-page document post, build a carousel or a Slide Deck.

Viewing attached infographics

  1. Go to the My Posts tab.
  2. Click Read More under the post.
  3. The attached infographic appears under the post content.

IMPORTANT

A LinkedIn post can carry one media item: a carousel, an infographic, or an image, not a mix.

NOTE

The Canvas editor, the drag-and-drop design surface infographics used to open in at /workspace/[id]/canvas, was retired on 18 June 2026. Infographics are now refined with the AI actions above, and Slide Decks covers the cases that genuinely need hands-on editing. Infographics built in the old editor remain readable.
