Generate complete lead magnets in seconds using AI. This is the fastest way to create professional, valuable resources.
Steps:
- Click "Generate with AI" from the Lead Magnets page
- Select your lead magnet type (checklist, swipe file, etc.)
- Fill in the generation form:
- Niche / Topic: Define your area of expertise (e.g., "B2B SaaS Growth")
- Target Audience: Specify who this is for (e.g., "Startup Founders")
- Additional Context (Optional): Add specific points, tone preferences, or examples
- Content Style (Optional): Choose a saved writing style to match your brand voice
- Click "Generate Now"
- The AI will compose sections, format content, and render the PDF (~15-30 seconds)
[!TIP] The AI generates structured content with sections and items. You can always edit the generated content afterward to refine it further.
Manual Creation
Build your lead magnet from scratch with full control over the structure and content.
Steps:
- Click "Create Manually" from the Lead Magnets page
- Select your lead magnet type
- Enter the Title and Description
- Add content sections using the section editor:
- Click "Add Section" to create new sections
- Enter a Section Heading for each section
- Add items under each section
- Use the arrow buttons to reorder sections
- Use the trash icon to remove sections or items
- Click "Save & Continue" to create your lead magnet

View all your lead magnets in a visual grid layout with filtering and search capabilities.
Features:
- Search: Find lead magnets by title or content
- Category Filter: Filter by type (checklist, template, etc.)
- Status Filter: View by status (draft, generated, promoted)
- Pagination: Navigate through large collections
Lead Magnet Card
Each lead magnet displays:
- Title & Description: Quick overview of the content
- Category Badge: Visual indicator of the lead magnet type
- Status: Current state (draft, generated, promoted)
- Word Count: Content length metric
- AI Generated Badge: Indicates if created with AI
- Created Date: When the lead magnet was created
Editing Lead Magnets
Click on any lead magnet to open the detail page where you can view and edit its content.
View Mode
The default view displays your lead magnet in a clean, formatted layout:
- Section headings are prominently displayed
- Items are listed with visual hierarchy
- PDF download option (if generated with AI)
Edit Mode
Click "Edit" to modify your lead magnet:
- Add, remove, or reorder sections
- Edit section headings
- Add, remove, or modify items
- Save changes as drafts
[!NOTE] Changes are saved as drafts until you're ready to finalize. You can edit both AI-generated and manually created lead magnets.

PDF Not Generated
